We are delighted to be working with a leading and highly regarded law firm in Yorkshire that is looking to appoint a Child Abuse Solicitor to join its specialist and incredibly supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor at any level of PQE who is passionate about helping survivors of abuse and wants to undertake genuinely meaningful work within a team that is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for its clients.

The workload is extremely varied and interesting, with the opportunity to work on complex and sensitive cases involving some of the most serious forms of abuse and exploitation.

Your caseload will include a broad range of matters, including:

• Child sexual exploitation claims
• Child abuse cases
• Child sexual abuse and exploitation
• Grooming gang-related cases
• Historic abuse claims
• Complex claims involving institutional or organisational failures
• Advising and representing survivors throughout the claims process
• Working closely with clients to understand their experiences and achieve appropriate outcomes

You will have the opportunity to handle challenging and complex cases while working alongside an experienced team that provides excellent support and guidance.

I am keen to receive applications from solicitors at all levels of PQE however you must have experience of managing child abuse cases.

You will be:-
