A well-established and respected law firm is looking to appoint a Qualified or Experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and high-performing Conveyancing Department.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a well-supported team, with dedicated colleagues responsible for new business and post-completion work. This structure allows fee earners to concentrate on progressing their matters, providing excellent client service and delivering a high-quality conveyancing service.
 
The Role
 
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of predominantly residential conveyancing matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
• Handling both freehold and leasehold properties
• Managing a busy caseload efficiently and proactively
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other relevant parties
• Providing clear and consistent communication throughout each transaction
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in accordance with deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of client care and technical accuracy

About You
 
The ideal candidate will be a qualified or highly experienced Residential Conveyancer with a strong understanding of residential property transactions.
 
You will ideally have:

• Solid experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Experience dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A client-focused and professional approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
