I’m currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Central London, who are looking to hire an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with at least 1 year’s residential property experience who is looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive property team.

You’ll work closely with experienced residential property solicitors, supporting on a varied caseload of residential transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Reviewing property and title documentation
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Preparing contract packs and completion statements
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Assisting with exchanges and completions
• Dealing with Land Registry applications and post-completion matters

About You The successful candidate will have:

• At least 1 year’s experience within residential property
• Good knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
• Experience assisting with a caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A client-focused and proactive approach
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
