I am currently working with a well-established and highly regarded North London law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Associate / experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its established property team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior residential property lawyer who is looking for more than just another fee-earning position, with scope to take on leadership responsibility and ultimately head up a small residential property team.

The firm has an excellent reputation within the North London market and acts for a loyal private client base, including HNW and UHNW individuals, with a strong focus on quality residential property work.

The role would suit a Senior Associate, Legal Director or experienced Associate who is confident managing complex residential transactions and is keen to take the next step towards team and departmental leadership.
There is genuine scope for the successful individual to:

• Take a leading role within the residential property department
• Help manage and develop a small team of residential fee earners
• Become a key point of contact for the firm's HNW client base
• Support the continued growth and development of the residential property offering
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing referrers and professional contacts
• Have a genuine voice in how the department develops

You will handle a predominantly HNW and Prime London residential caseload, including:

• High-value freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
• Prime and super-prime residential transactions
• Complex leasehold matters
• Remortgages and refinancing
• Transfers of equity
• New-build acquisitions
• High-value and more complex property transactions
• Lease extensions and associated property work
• Matters involving trusts, companies and more sophisticated ownership structures

The firm has a long-established property practice and works closely with clients and professional intermediaries throughout the transaction, with an emphasis on a high-quality, personal service.

I am keen to speak with Senior Associates, Legal Directors or experienced Residential Property Solicitors who have:

• Strong residential conveyancing experience, ideally within the HNW / Prime London market
• Experience handling complex and high-value transactions with minimal supervision
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• The confidence to act as a senior point of contact for demanding private clients
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing more junior lawyers
• The ambition to take ownership of a small team and develop into a departmental leadership position
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to build lasting client and introducer relationships
