I am currently working with a well-established, highly regarded boutique law firm in North London that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a genuinely client-focused practice where you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, work closely with clients and build strong relationships with referrers and other professionals.

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, acting for a varied client base across London and beyond.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and refinancing
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
• Declarations of trust and associated property matters
• New-build acquisitions
• Deeds of variation and lease rectification
• Higher-value and more complex residential transactions
• Liaising with lenders, brokers, estate agents and other professional advisers

The successful candidate will have a good level of autonomy and will be expected to provide a high standard of technical advice and client care throughout each transaction.

You will ideally have:

• 2+ PQE experience in residential conveyancing/property
• Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
• Experience managing matters from initial instruction through to completion
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a close-knit team
• A commercially minded and proactive approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The firm would also be open to considering candidates with more senior experience who are looking for a role with greater autonomy and responsibility.
