An exciting opportunity has opened up for an ambitious Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team in Somerset.
 
This is a fantastic role for someone who already has residential conveyancing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their skills alongside an experienced fee earner.
 
You'll play a key role in keeping matters moving, supporting a busy caseload and delivering a professional, first-class service to clients.
 
�� What you'll be doing:
�� Opening sales & purchase files
�� AML checks & conveyancing searches
�� Preparing contracts, client care letters & correspondence
�� Obtaining redemption statements & title documentation
�� Supporting exchanges and communicating with clients, lenders & third parties
�� Managing post-completion registrations & file closure
�� Keeping the case management system running smoothly
 
They're looking for someone who is:
