An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and growing Property team in Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a property lawyer looking to broaden their experience and handle a varied mix of both Residential and Commercial Property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role You will manage a diverse caseload including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Property finance transactions
• Property due diligence
• Development and investment matters
• General commercial and residential property work

You will work closely with clients, developers, investors, landlords and tenants whilst building long-term relationships and developing your expertise across a broad range of property matters.
The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• At least 3 years' experience handling Residential Property matters.
• Experience of Commercial Property work or a genuine desire to develop further in this area.
• Experience managing files independently from instruction to completion.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal.

Desirable Experience

• Infotrack experience.
• Property finance matters.
• Development work.
• Complex landlord and tenant matters.
• CQS-accredited environment.
