A leading law firm in Skipton is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and established legal environment. You will work closely with a small team of experienced Commercial Property Solicitors, providing high-quality legal and administrative support across a varied caseload.

As Commercial Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a small team of commercial property solicitors with their day-to-day caseloads.
• Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Undertaking legal research and property-related due diligence.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and other relevant parties.
• Managing files, correspondence and key transaction deadlines.
• Providing general administrative and legal support to the commercial property team.
• When required, providing full legal support to the corporate team, assisting with a range of corporate matters and transactions.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' paralegal experience within a commercial property and/or corporate team.
• A good understanding of commercial property and/or corporate legal processes.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, professional and team-focused approach.
• The confidence to work independently while supporting a busy team.

This role would suit a commercially minded paralegal who is keen to broaden their experience across commercial property and corporate law while working within a highly regarded firm.
