An Excellent Opportunity to Join a Growing Property Team in a firm that has a national presence.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Conveyancer coming from any level of firm to join an established and well-regarded name with a strong presence in the area and, importantly, a healthy pipeline of work and ambitious plans for growth.
 
The firm is looking for someone who can step into the team, take ownership of the existing workload and help knit everything together as the department continues to grow. There is already a strong client base and plenty of commercial work coming through, particularly in the Bristol market, so this is a role where you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact from day one.
 
You will manage a full caseload of commercial property matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion while providing a consistently high level of client service. Alongside managing your own matters, you will play an important role in developing relationships, supporting the wider team and helping the firm build on the opportunities already in place.
 
The role offers considerable flexibility and also free onsite parking and hybrid working, with strong support already in place, including a remote paralegal and an additional legal assistant joining shortly.
