Associate Family Solicitor
  
A highly regarded specialist Family Law practice is seeking an ambitious Associate Family Solicitor to join its growing team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor looking to work on high-quality privately funded matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of family law issues whilst benefiting from strong career progression and flexible working arrangements.
  
The Role
  
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of privately funded Family matters, including:
  
• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Private children matters
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Family settlements
• Relationship breakdown matters
  
You will work closely with experienced Family specialists and play an active role in developing client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the department.
  
The Candidate
  
Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors with:
  
• Experience handling privately funded Family Law matters
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
• The ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
