You will join a well-established and expanding specialist property department, recognised for delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, from local high street clients through to high-net-worth individuals.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will ideally have at least 2 years' experience managing a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion. Experience should include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion
