I’m currently working with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Central London that is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer looking to join a friendly, forward-thinking firm where you can take genuine ownership of your work and progress your career quickly.

The Employment team sits within the wider Dispute Resolution department and is headed by an experienced Partner, supported by a trainee and paralegal. The role will involve a broad range of employment matters, with some work also crossing into the Corporate team, providing valuable exposure to a wider range of clients and legal issues.

The firm has an excellent reputation across its practice areas and is currently experiencing a period of growth. As a result, this is a particularly exciting time to join, with plenty of scope for the successful candidate to prove themselves, take on increasing responsibility and progress within the firm.

The ideal candidate

• Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE
• Strong academic background
• Experience gained within a well-regarded employment team
• Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
• Ambitious and keen to take ownership of their career development
• Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Keen to gain broader exposure, including opportunities to work alongside the Corporate team
