This is a stand alone role for a stand out experienced conveyancer to strengthen the firms' profile in the area.

• In this role you will manage a varied caseload of residential matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
• Review title documents, raise and deal with enquiries, and consider search results.
• Prepare and deal with contracts, transfers, and mortgage documentation through to exchange.
• Produce completion statements, request mortgage funds, and handle completion monies.
• Complete SDLT submissions and register transactions with HM Land Registry in a timely manner.
• Keep clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors updated with clear and regular communication.

 
You should be a qualified motivated Conveyancing solicitor or legal executive who is looking to stand out and have ambition to reach the top through progression.
 
You will support clients throughout the transaction process, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring everything is dealt with efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on client care.
