Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking for a stand alone Conveyancer to join their busy Property team in Stratford Upon Avon
The Role
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload of sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and HM Land Registry.
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and CQS standards.
- Support the Head of Conveyancing with complex matters when required.
- Contribute to business development and maintain excellent client service.
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, CLC or experienced Conveyancer
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
- Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable).
