I have an opportunity within Contentious Probate which has arisen through natural growth and would suit someone at NQ to 2 PQE to complement the team structure.
If you have a background in Private Client and Litigation - perhaps you took them as seats in your training contract - then moving into this buoyant and rewarding area of law could suit you,.
This mid-size law firm offers a generous package based including including a bonus scheme of 15% of everything invoiced after target has been reached and a clear career path. In addition there is pension scheme, life insurance and 25 days holiday. There is ample parking around the Taunton office. The firm have various social days and are known for the lunchtime exercise classes !
Work is referred into the firm and allocated by the partners based on capacity within the team. The partners are excellent at supporting their staff members.
There is a surplus of contentious probate work derived from inheritance tax claims so someone coming in wouldn't have to do any extra business development.
Hybrid working is available - 3 days in the office and 2 at home and typical hours are 8 to 4 or 9 to 5 but flexibility can be arranged for appointments, school run etc, for example 9 to 5 can become 9.15 to 5.15
You could have trained and gained experience at any level of firm.
