You'll advise businesses, investors, developers and landowners throughout the South West, London and across the UK on a wide variety of high-value commercial property transactions and you'll have an established client base to work with.
 
You'll manage a varied commercial property caseload, advising clients on matters including:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals.
• Freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Commercial landlord and tenant work.
• Property finance.
• Development projects.
• Property aspects of corporate transactions.
• Lease negotiations and associated documentation.

Ideally you'll have 3+ PQE and be able to handle your on caseload without supervision.
