Travel Litigation SolicitorA Travel Litigation or Personal Injury Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is an award winning, national firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Travel Litigation or Personal Injury Solicitor to join their award winning team.
You'll manage a varied caseload of complex international serious injury matters, acting for clients who have sustained serious injuries in accidents abroad or at sea as well as cases involving illnesses. Working alongside recognised experts in the field, you'll deliver exceptional client care while pursuing the best possible outcomes for individuals and their families.
Many of the clients have suffered catastrophic injuries, and the role will involve some travel to meet clients and family members, as well as to attend Court hearings and conferences with experts and/or counsel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-track serious injury work either from a Claimant or Defendant perspective. Experience in travel litigation/cross border claims is desirable but not essential, as training and supervision will be provided. You will have excellent research, writing and communication skills and demonstrate great attention to detail.
