Family Law Solcitor

Reading – £50,000 - £55,000

Experience/ Attributes required  

• We are looking for a Family Solicitor with at least two years' experience in private family law. The successful candidate will have experience managing divorce, financial remedy, children matters and family agreements, ideally including complex, high-value financial cases.
• The ideal applicant will be committed to achieving positive outcomes through constructive dispute resolution, with Resolution membership preferred. They should be confident managing their own caseload, supervising junior colleagues, delivering excellent client service and contributing to business development.

Key requirements include:

• Minimum 2 years' family law experience.
• Experience with complex financial matters and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
