A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client professional looking to work alongside experienced practitioners whilst handling a varied caseload of quality work.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of:
- Wills
- Probate
- Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax matters
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within Private Client law
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
