Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ - 3 Years PQE)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
 
Are you a newly qualified solicitor or have up to 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing? We're looking for an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established, growing national law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.
 
Based from the firm's Manchester office, this hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload while benefiting from genuine opportunities for progression.
 
The Role
 
You'll manage your own caseload of approximately 50-60 residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion, dealing with a broad mix of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Leasehold and freehold transactions
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build matters
• Shared ownership transactions
• General residential conveyancing work

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll provide a high standard of client care while managing files efficiently and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process.
 
About You
 
You'll be:

• A qualified Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years' PQE
• Experienced in managing residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision
• Comfortable handling a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload effectively
• A strong communicator with excellent client care skills
• Keen to develop your career within a collaborative national firm
