I have a Somerset role, also commutable from Bristol and would suit someone looking for a new challenge. Its a full time role joining a supportive team and  varied residential conveyancing caseload where strong client care skills and excellent attention to detail is essential.
 
You'll be handling a range of residential property matters, including:
 
✔️ Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
✔️ Remortgages and transfers of equity
✔️ New build and Help to Buy matters
✔️ Title checks, enquiries, and reporting to clients
✔️ Managing files from instruction through to completion
✔️ Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
✔️ Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements ​
 
This role would suit someone who is confident managing their own caseload, works well in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering a professional and personable service.  
 
Salary to negotiation based upon experience and if you specifically have some new build or shared ownership experience then the firm could be really keen to hear from you !
