A highly regarded and long-established law firm in West Yorkshire is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its friendly and supportive property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected firm that prides itself on delivering a high-quality, personal service. You'll be providing comprehensive legal support to a small team of experienced conveyancers, working on a varied caseload of non-volume residential conveyancing matters.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of residential property transactions by providing full administrative and legal support throughout the conveyancing process.
Duties will include:

• Providing comprehensive support to a small team of conveyancers.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Opening and closing client files.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Managing diaries, appointments and file administration.
• Handling Land Registry applications and searches.
• Assisting with all stages of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Conveyancing Secretary and/or Conveyancing Legal Assistant.
• Previous experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
