The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, including complex contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, commercial fraud, injunctions, and other significant business disputes. • Managing and assisting on a diverse caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters.
• Advising a broad range of commercial clients across multiple sectors.
• Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex and strategically significant disputes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success of the team.
