This is a superb opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or trainee due to qualify who is looking to build a long-term career in Private Client law with a well-established Legal 500 firm that continues to grow.

Working alongside and being mentored by the Head of Department, you'll join a friendly, highly regarded Private Client team where you'll develop your expertise across the full spectrum of private client matters.
 
Your varied caseload will include:

• Probate and estate administration from instruction through to distribution.
• Applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
• Drafting and advising on Wills.
• Inheritance Tax planning, including lifetime gifting, trusts and available reliefs.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising on and preparing Deeds of Variation.
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, HMRC, financial institutions and other professional advisers.
• Delivering exceptional client care while building lasting client relationships.

About You:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or Trainee Solicitor due to qualify shortly.
• Experience in Private Client gained during your training contract or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
• Compassionate, professional and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a leading Private Client team.
