Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Hybrid Working
 
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join its growing property team.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded solicitor looking to handle a varied and high-quality caseload while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
 
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, business asset sales, auction transactions, secured lending, mortgages and remortgages, and landlord and tenant work.
 
The role will also involve lease renewals, licences to assign, sublet and alter, surrenders, pension scheme transactions including in specie transfers, Land Registry applications including first registrations, assisting with adverse possession matters, Section 25 notices, and acting for management companies.
 
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a solid grounding in commercial property who possess excellent technical knowledge, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload. You will be confident managing your own caseload while delivering a high standard of client care and building lasting client relationships.
