Residential Conveyancing Solicitor , BathThis is a superb opportunity to join a market leading firm in the south west who are looking to strengthen their Property team.
The firm is a long standing regional firm and this is a pivotal role which requires a very experienced and motivated qualified Conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to help build a new team and a inclusive and a collaborative department.
You will be technically strong and commercially aware and motivated by a new challenge. In addition you will be or have :
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven business development and networking skills
- Supervisory skills and track record of building and forging teams
The firm require someone with comprehensive legal and technical expertise in all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will need to be capable of working independently from a regional office, with the ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a larger remote team.
