An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding regional law firm as Head of Private Client.

This is a key strategic appointment within a well-established business that has experienced significant growth and now employs over 200 people across multiple offices.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and developing the Private Client department whilst managing your own high-quality caseload.

The successful candidate will have experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and complex private client matters, whilst also possessing the leadership skills required to drive the department forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of Private Client matters
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
• Leading and developing the department
• Supervising and mentoring fee earners
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives
• Contributing to the firm's continued growth strategy

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with strong Private Client experience
• Proven experience managing complex private client matters
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients
• Leadership or management experience desirable
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
• Ambition to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful firm
