An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Solicitor to join a growing and highly respected legal practice with an established Family Law team.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit Family Solicitors from NQ level through to Associate level who have experience handling privately funded Family matters.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Family Law matters from instruction through to conclusion, including:
• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Private Children Act proceedings
• Cohabitation disputes
• Domestic abuse matters
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• General privately funded Family Law work
You will work within a supportive team environment with access to administrative support, modern case management systems and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional
• Experience handling privately funded Family Law matters
• Strong client care and relationship management skills
• Ability to work towards billing and performance targets
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment
