The Commercial Property team is growing rapidly thanks to a strong client base, ambitious business development strategy, and an exciting pipeline of work.
 
You'll enjoy a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

• Buying and selling commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations
• Managing your own files from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Networking and helping to grow our commercial presence across the Solent
• Opportunities to become involved in Company & Commercial work (desirable but not essential)

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships as much as delivering excellent legal advice.

They are looking for someone who has:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Fellow status
• Around 2+ years' experience in Commercial Property
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confidence managing a varied caseload independently
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine interest in business development
• Strong organisational and IT skills
