Our client, a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, is seeking a Private Client Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal looking to develop their career within a well-established and respected firm.
 
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts
• Probate and estate administration

You'll provide exceptional client care through office-based appointments and home visits, while drafting legal documents, maintaining accurate case records, and managing files efficiently. The role also offers the opportunity to build and develop your own caseload while working collaboratively with an experienced Private Client team.
 
About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE, or be an experienced fee-earning Paralegal with responsibility for your own caseload.
• Proven experience handling private client matters, including Wills, LPAs and Probate.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• Strong IT skills, with experience using case management systems (Tikit experience would be advantageous).
• A proactive, professional and compassionate approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
