A highly regarded and well-established law firm based in Sheffield city centre is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing Commercial Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience to take on a varied and high-quality caseload while becoming part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and owner-managed businesses.

The work will include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development work
• Property finance transactions
• Portfolio management
• General commercial property advisory work

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Have the ability to independently manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
• Be proactive in developing and maintaining client relationships
• Enjoy networking and participating in business development activities
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• Thrive within a collaborative team environment
