Residential Property Lawyer (4-5+ PQE) | Remote or Hybrid
 
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec/Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Conveyancing team.
 
This opportunity offers the flexibility of fully remote or hybrid working and would suit a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or experienced residential property lawyer who genuinely enjoys conveyancing and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
 
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of traditional residential conveyancing matters from post-instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and professional environment that values quality, client relationships and long-term success.
 
This is more than a volume conveyancing role. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, estate agents and introducers, whilst maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the transaction process while handling c.70 files with support.
 
The Role

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Providing an exceptional level of client care and communication throughout the transaction.
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and other residential property matters.
• Maintaining accurate records and utilising case management systems effectively.
• Achieving agreed billing and performance targets.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and service standards.
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the Residential Property department.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Residential Property Lawyer.
• Minimum 4 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing matters.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing a busy caseload independently.
• Passionate about residential property and delivering high-quality legal services.
