A highly regarded and growing law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its successful Family team in Cheshire.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children proceedings
- Cohabitation disputes and agreements
- TOLATA claims
- Injunction applications
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
This role would suit a confident Family Solicitor who enjoys taking ownership of their caseload, building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercially minded advice.
You'll benefit from excellent internal support, including assistance from trainees and paralegals, allowing you to focus on client care and progressing matters efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate - Experienced Family Solicitor with a strong background in private family law with c.2 years+ PQE as a minimum
