The Role
 
You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload covering the full spectrum of Private Client work, including:
✔ Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
✔ Probate and Estate Administration
✔ Court of Protection matters
✔ Trusts and Tax Planning
✔ Advising vulnerable and elderly clients
✔ Building and maintaining strong client relationships
 
About You
 
✅ 3+ years' post-qualification experience within Private Client law
✅ Experience handling a broad range of Private Client matters independently
✅ Excellent communication and client care skills
✅ Experience using case management systems
✅ Confidence working with vulnerable clients and their families
✅ STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential)
✅ A proactive approach and desire to further develop your career
