Here's an immediate start opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing solicitor or legal executive.
 
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, Lexcel-accredited law firm with a strong reputation, an existing caseload ready to inherit, and genuine long-term career prospects.
 
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing professional to become a key member of its highly regarded property team.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Managing an existing and varied caseload from day one
• Working on a mix of approximately 70% Residential Conveyancing and 30% Commercial Property matters
• Handling quality commercial work including landlord & tenant transactions and wider commercial property matters
• Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, and the local community
• Collaborating with an experienced and supportive team

About You

• Ideally 5+ years PQE, although applications from those with less experience will be considered for the right individual
• Strong background in residential conveyancing
• Exposure to commercial property work would be advantageous
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware and keen to build relationships within the local community
• Looking for a long-term career move within a supportive and progressive firm
