A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its thriving Worcester office.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and legal aid experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive practice. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience across divorce, financial remedy and children matters, as well as those wishing to specialise exclusively in care proceedings.
 
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, supported by an experienced legal secretary, and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base.
 
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Family Law.
• Legal aid experience.
• Experience handling divorce, financial remedy and children matters, or a strong interest in focusing solely on care work.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• The ability to manage their own caseload effectively and work independently.
• Previous private practice experience.
