I am delighted to be working with a leading commercial law firm located in the heart of Leeds, renowned for their client-focused approach, high-calibre work, and dynamic, collaborative culture. Due to sustained growth within their Employment team, they are looking to recruit a talented Employment Solicitor around 3 yrs PQE to join the team.
You will work as part of a respected and friendly team, advising an impressive portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Employment tribunal litigation
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Advising on TUPE, restructuring and redundancy
- Supporting corporate transactions
I am keen to hear from candidates with:-
- 2-4 yrs PQE, with strong post-qualification experience in respondent employment law
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- A confident communicator with excellent drafting and advisory skills
- Proactive, organised and eager to develop within a high-performing team
