A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Associate to join its friendly and highly regarded property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property solicitor who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working closely with an experienced senior partner, you will benefit from high-quality supervision, genuine progression opportunities, and exposure to a broad range of residential property matters.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• General residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while delivering a consistently high standard of client care.

The successful candidate will have:

• Approximately 2–7 years' PQE in residential property
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for developing their career
• Experience using LEAP case management software would be beneficial but is not essential.
