A well-established and highly regarded high street law firm in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding property team. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives looking to progress their careers within a supportive and progressive firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving specialist property department with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base, including local clients and high-net-worth individuals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience managing a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The role will involve handling matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, as well as transfers of equity.

This position would particularly suit an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor seeking a clear pathway towards a future Head of Department role. The firm also offers hybrid working, with two days working from home each week.
