A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well-established and highly regarded team in South Yorkshire. This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm’s planned growth strategy, offering the chance to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

This role is ideally suited to a solicitor with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience who can confidently manage a varied caseload and hit the ground running from day one.

You will handle a broad spectrum of high-quality commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
• Sales & Acquisitions
• Development agreements and projects
• Joint venture agreements
• Licensing matters
• Planning
• Portfolio management

To be considered for the role you must have:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
