I am recruiting multiple qualified Residential Conveyancers to join a well-established and growing law firm across its Nottingham offices.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ+ Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers looking to develop their careers within a supportive and client-focused environment.
 
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling a broad range of matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Right to Buy transactions
• New build purchases
• Shared ownership matters
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers with strong residential conveyancing experience. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Solid technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• The ability to manage matters confidently and efficiently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong organisational and case management abilities
• A proactive and team-oriented approach

Appropriate supervision and support will be available depending on experience level.
