A highly respected and well-established independent law firm based in South London is strengthening their growing team of Private Client Solicitors to join its thriving and highly regarded team.

The successful candidates will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, with a particular focus on Wills and Probate work. This position offers excellent quality work, exposure to a loyal client base, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of estates
• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection applications
• Advising on and administering Trusts (desirable)

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge across Private Client matters
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Highly organised with strong time management abilities
• A proactive and client-focused approach
