Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy Residential Property team on a permanent basis.
This opportunity would suit a candidate with 2 years experience within a fast-paced conveyancing environment who is confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Due to the location of the office, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport would be advantageous.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Probate sales
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Equity release matters
- Managing fee-earning files independently
- Drafting and progressing residential conveyancing transactions
- Submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, CQS standards and internal procedures
- Maintaining awareness of AML, mortgage fraud and cybercrime risks within conveyancing
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner is essential
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
