Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant , ChristchurchAn excellent opportunity here for an ambitious property legal assistant or paralegal to join a buys residential conveyancing department that is going from strength to strength.
You will have previous exposure to sales and purchase files working in a noted team elsewhere and you will have experienced of working alongside senior fee earners and partners and have an understanding of how a busy dynamic property team works.
You will manage your own files or supporting qualified fee earners across the full lifecycle of a transaction, from the outset of a sale or purchase through to completion and all post-completion matters.
You will have a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process and be confident working as part of a busy, collaborative team. A good working knowledge of CQS standards would be helpful, alongside a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
The BCP area of Dorset is a fantastic place to live and work. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
