My client is a high profile Cardiff firm who are looking to strengthen their property team with the appointment of a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
 
You'll be attracted by their commitment to excellence and levels of quality service to their client base. Working in a  compliant and efficient conveyancing team makes the job a lot more enjoyable. The team are very busy with work coming in through recommendation.
 
Key responsibilities include: Handling freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, transfers and refinancing matters, conducting title checks, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation, managing exchange and completion, SDLT submissions and Land Registry registration.
 
Ideally you'll have at least 1 year PQE and be able to handle your own caseload of sales and purchase matters.
 
With your  strong knowledge of residential conveyancing you will be motivated by joining a team set up which is supportive and where people enjoy their work environment.
