Our client is a highly regarded regional law firm experiencing significant growth across its Clinical Negligence department. Having successfully attracted top-tier talent over the past 12 months, the firm is now looking to appoint a Principal Associate to act as the key "Number 2" alongside the Lead Partner.
This is a strategic appointment. You will manage a complex, high-value caseload while actively shaping team strategy, driving practice growth, and mentoring junior lawyers. Crucially, for the right candidate, this role is directly earmarked for Partnership in the near future.
