A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a motivated Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a residential property lawyer looking to develop expertise in the niche and highly technical area of leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Opportunity The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:

• Lease extensions
• Management enquiries
• Lease variations
• Licences, consents, and notices
• Freehold management work

There will also be the opportunity to progress into statutory lease extension and enfranchisement matters over time.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with experience in residential property law, ideally between 0–2 years’ PQE.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in residential conveyancing or leasehold property matters
• An interest in leasehold enfranchisement and related work
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and commercial approach
• Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A genuine enthusiasm for networking and business development
• Experience using case management systems

Previous experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, RTM, licences, or lease advisory work would be advantageous, but is not essential for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
