This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-ranked national practice advising on complex, high-value and strategically significant property disputes for an exceptional client base spanning a wide range of sectors.
You will work alongside recognised leaders in the field, gaining exposure to major development projects, high-profile litigation and technically challenging disputes within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will manage a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload while supporting on major property litigation matters across the UK.
The role offers exposure to a broad range of property dispute work including:
- Commercial property asset management disputes
- Development-related risk and strategy advice
- Rights to light matters
- Title constraints and vacant possession strategies
- Complex property litigation and cross-sector disputes
- Matters involving energy, infrastructure, planning, mining and electronic communications law
You will act for an impressive portfolio of national and international clients across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, retail, energy, telecommunications and public sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities - Advising clients on a broad range of property dispute resolution matters
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Supporting on high-profile and strategically significant litigation
- Delivering commercially focused and practical legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across national teams and specialist practice areas
- Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
About You - 2–4 years’ PQE within Property Litigation / Property Dispute Resolution
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Experience handling a broad range of contentious property matters
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Ambition to develop within a market-leading national team
