Property Litigation Associate
Lincolnshire – £45,000 - £55,000
Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Solicitor (NQ – 5 PQE) to join their growing Disputes & Regulatory team based in Lincoln.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists on a broad range of complex and high-value property disputes for a diverse client base.
You will advise businesses, landowners, commercial landlords and private clients on a variety of contentious property matters, gaining hands-on exposure to high-quality work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role You will be involved in a wide range of property litigation matters, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Commercial lease disputes
- Boundary and rights of way issues
- Agricultural and rural property disputes
- Possession claims and property-related contractual disputes
You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
Key Responsibilities - Advising and representing clients on a broad range of property litigation matters
- Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
About You - A qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 PQE)
- Experienced in property litigation or able to demonstrate a strong interest in this area
- Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised and able to manage a varied caseload effectively
- Proactive, client-focused and keen to develop professionally
