A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This opportunity offers the flexibility to be based in either Central London or Essex, alongside the chance to work within a busy and supportive residential property department.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience, playing a key role in managing a varied caseload and supporting clients through all stages of the residential conveyancing process with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
• Liaising effectively with clients, colleagues, lenders, and third parties
• Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance

Candidate profile:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
• Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards
